Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of www.izushi.ie (the "website") operated by Izushi Izakaya, 3–4 Bedford Row, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, D02 HD77, Ireland ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Reservations
Tables can be booked online at /reservations. Bookings are confirmed automatically subject to table availability, and we assign a table based on your party size and preference. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time; after that we may release the table. Seatings are typically 90 minutes for smaller parties; longer seatings for groups may be arranged by calling +353 1 515 5070.
There is no booking fee and no deposit for standard reservations. You may change or cancel a booking by calling +353 1 515 5070 with your booking reference.
No-shows and guest flags
If a booking does not arrive without notice, we may record the no-show against the guest's contact details. Guests with repeated no-shows may have future online bookings reviewed or declined.
Menus, prices and allergens
Menus and prices shown on the website are kept up to date but may change without notice. Dishes may contain allergens — allergen information is shown on each dish page; please tell our team about any allergy before ordering. Images are for illustration.
Online ordering and third-party services
Online collection and delivery orders are fulfilled through Everdish (everdish.ie). Placing an order, payment and refunds for online orders are governed by Everdish's own terms. The website also links to Google (reviews, maps) and Instagram; we are not responsible for those services.
Instagram messaging
Messages sent to our Instagram account may receive automated replies powered by an assistant. Automated replies are provided for convenience, may contain errors, and do not form a binding contract. Our staff can take over any conversation at any time.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or submit false reservations. Content, photographs, branding and design of the website belong to Izushi Izakaya and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability and governing law
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
